It has been widely used as frequency double, optical parametric oscillators, quasi-phase-matched (QPM)devices and waveguide substrates as well as the most common material for Q-switches and phase modulators, LiNbO3 Pockels cells are suitable for applications in Er:YAG, Ho:YAG, Tm:YAG laser system.
